We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused paddles and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that high-performance equipment must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original CRBN packaging to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned equipment at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
